  • We do not use advertising pixels or tracking technologies (such as Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Pixel, Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, or similar technologies).
  • We do not use session replay, screen recording tools, heat-mapping, or behavioral monitoring software.
  • We do not use AI-powered chat chatbots or live chat widgets.
  • We do not serve targeted advertisements or share data with advertising networks.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our Site is hosted by WP Engine, a third-party web hosting provider that provides the infrastructure necessary to make the Site available on the internet.

As part of providing hosting, security, and technical support services, WP Engine may process certain technical information generated by your connection to the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, request information, and other standard server log data. This information is processed solely to host, operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Site and is not used by us for advertising, marketing, or behavioral profiling. WP Engine acts solely as our service provider under contract, processes this information only to provide hosting and security services on our behalf and at our direction, and is contractually prohibited from using it for its own independent services.

Our Site does not load analytics scripts, advertising pixels, tracking technologies, or other website resources from third-party servers for advertising or marketing purposes. Website assets, including fonts, are hosted on our own server or through our hosting environment.

Accordingly, we do not intentionally transmit information to third-party technology providers for analytics, advertising, or cross-context behavioral tracking when you visit the Site.

We also do not permit third parties to intercept, monitor, record, or replay communications between visitors and the Site through session replay software, chat technologies, wiretapping technologies, or similar tools.

If we add any chat, live support, session-replay, analytics, or similar technology to the Site in the future, we will provide notice and obtain your consent, where required by law, before that technology begins collecting or processing information about you.

Website Security

We use Wordfence to help protect the Site against malicious activity, including unauthorized access attempts and malware. To the extent Wordfence processes technical information, such as IP addresses in connection with security functions, that processing is performed solely for security purposes. We do not use Wordfence for advertising, analytics, profiling or behavioral tracking. Wordfence operates solely as our security service provider, processes data under our direction and for our purposes only, and is not permitted to use this information for its own independent purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information under applicable privacy laws. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA),  as amended by California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) regarding personal information collected about you. 

The personal information we collect is limited to the information described in this Privacy Policy and is used only for operating, securing, and responding to communications regarding the Site. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you have submitted personal information to us (for example, by contacting us via email) and would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information, please contact us using the information below. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
